Sonam Shah, PT, DPT, MBA

Dr. Sonam’s decision to become a Physical Therapist was made while volunteering at an outpatient PT clinic during high school. She loved the supportive and happy atmosphere and saw that the physical therapists were truly making a difference in their patients’ lives. Dr. Sonam graduated from Quinnipiac University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. After graduating from PT school, she continued on to receive her Masters in Business Administration in Healthcare Management. Dr. Sonam has been working in the outpatient orthopedic setting for the past 7 years and is experienced in treating a wide variety of musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and post-operative injuries and conditions. She believes in taking an individualized approach to treating each patient and places an emphasis on devising treatment plans to meet each patient’s specific needs and goals. Dr. Sonam is ImPACT certified for post concussion care and is currently pursuing a certification in LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s Disease. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, traveling and reading.

Jacquie Kelly-Gallello PT, DPT

Dr. Jacquie attended Southern Connecticut State University for her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science, Human Performance. She competed as a collegiate athlete in gymnastics during her 4 years at SCSU. She became interested in Physical Therapy during her own personal experience with sports injuries and went on to pursue her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at UMDNJ/Rutgers University. She is also certified to treat pregnant and postpartum athletes.
Dr. Jacquie worked in outpatient orthopedics for 11 years, treating patients of all ages with various musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. She also worked as a mobile outpatient physical therapist providing individualized care to each patient in the comfort of their own homes. She is passionate about providing quality care to her patients to help them achieve their goals and be able to return to their prior level of function.
Dr. Jacquie grew up in Ocean Township and still lives in Monmouth County, NJ with her family. She enjoys spending time with her two young boys going on bike rides, playing at the beach, and traveling.
